The battery icon is the indication that conditions are met to safely charge the battery. The icon will flah once the following conditions are met:
1. A voltage is present that exceeds the battery voltage by at least 0.75 volts
2. The battery voltage is less than 27.2 volts.
3. The battery charger is outputting between 27-31 volts
4. No faults are present
Once the battery icon is flashing, the State of Charge (%) should advance at least one percent every five minutes until it gets to 99%. If this is not happening, then there is a problem with the internal charger. Please call support at this time.
Yes, you can use StartStick just like an external power source.
